He laughed while she was doing it. Mark wasn't laughing to later just say "did go over the top going mad at him." He backed her up when she said it. Then threatened Matt, after that he said that and laughed. It's nothing to laugh about. I think Ash, Marlon and Winston were the only ones laughing. He's not honest with her.
