Warnings are given before the broadcasts so CH4 is not breaking any regulations as they stand todate.

Where Ch4 have gone wrong and are wrng is the way they have used one particular individual (Emma) as a scape goat to try and get out of the mess that has ensued.

BB can be evil if it wants but that evil should be based on all contestants and not just the weakest one like Emma who is not bright enough to face BB down...

CH4 should ask themselves why they are afraid to face Victor down as he was the only one preventing the safe return of Emma. It is abuse of contestants that offcom may be able to intervene on the basis it is a corrupt way of administering game show rules.....Both consumers and partisipants on tv shows should have a right to honest dealings from tv producers.
This has nothing to do with Emma's limited intelligence and everything to do with her mental well being. She is being taken out of the house for her own safety and for the smooth running of the house in general. She has not been made a scapegoat and anyone can see that she is NOT 'the weakest one' - (especially if the story in the people about her beating up two girls in a pub is true!). She had cracked up and could not be trusted not to start another row.

Finally this is Big brother - if you're looking for 'honest dealings' you're in the wrong place buddy.
