The female Big Brother 2014 housemates will get to save a total of four male housemates from eviction, it’s been confirmed.
This weekend and five remaining girls in the house – Ashleigh Coyle, Danielle McMahon, Kimberly Kisselovich, Helen Wood and Jale Karaturp – have all been given the shared Power
Chris R Wright, Mark Byron, Christopher Hall, Matthew Davies, Winston Showan, Ash Harrison, Steven Goode and Marlon Wallen meanwhile are all up for the axe as it stands.
On Friday night, BB informed the group that on Monday the girls would be able to save some of the guys from eviction.
It had seemed as though they would get a very limited choice, as a post on the Official Big Brother facebook page stated that the Girls will get to save just ONE male housemate.
“The girls have the power to save one male housemate from potential eviction this week, but who should they pick?” Big Brother bosses wrote.
But Channel 5 chiefs have now confirmed to us that the girls will actually save FOUR housemates from eviction, meaning that four boys will face the chop in total.
There were rows between the girls on last night’s show as they decided who to save.
Helen said wants to save Steven and Ash as she thinks people have got the wrong end of the stick about them.
Jale suggested she wants to save Marlon and Steven because they ‘crack her up.’
Danielle claimed they should save Chris as he is diplomatic and they need a character like that in the house.
Ashleigh really wanted to save Matthew, she tells the girls she wasn’t sure of him at first but, ‘when I got to know him, he’s quite a sensitive person.’
Finally, Kim admitted she knows the girls will find it obvious that she wants to save Steven but she also wants to save Marlon as he has responded well to criticism.
