HEATHER Mills has turned down the chance to take part in Celebrity Big Brother.
Producers were keen to sign up the 39-year-old, who is in the middle of a bitter divorce battle with Sir Paul McCartney.
She was recently voted off US show Dancing With The Stars and has been asked to appear on several British TV projects.
But her spokesman said: "People have been wishing her luck on Celebrity Big Brother when she is out with her daughter and she feels it's unfair the public have been misled.
"She is hoping this will end the speculation."
