Ashleigh sees them for what they were, she doesn't try to hide her disgust but is open and transparent about how she feels by not licking up to the clique. She's stuck in a house with that lot and people expect her to pretend that she's enjoying herself. She and her friend confide their feelings in each other, but it's only Ashleigh, not Danielle, who gets vilified for (shock! horror! ) - bitching. She doesn't rudely confront people with profanities and threats and she's a coward. She tries to hit the unpleasant individuals were it hurts and people vote out someone else to spite her.
