It's not - it's a terrible point. The fact is with children you could understand it, but these are grown adults acting in a highly inconsiderate and selfish way with no respect for others.
The bullying claim is also rubbish. You'd have have a stronger case for bullying by pointing out that Emma, Marco + Nadia were whispering about J and V and then collectively used Emma's knowledge from the bedsit to deliberately torment them.......that's bullying
