Lol I do exactly the same thing, I usually only watch TV on Wednesdays for Desperate Housewives and Ugly Betty but when the adverts begin I find myself watching Grand Designs or Gordan Ramsey's F Word (shows I don't even like) just to see them lol.
The rest of my family only like Celebrity Big Brother so it's no use me saying anything to them about it.
