I think the most interesting thing about this week is the fact that Steven has made himself more unpopular than Helen and would probably go in literally any eviction scenario.
The sex scene last night didn't feel gratuitous to me at all (even though it'll no doubt garner hundreds of complaints) because it had a lot of backstory to it. This isn't any old showmance - this isn't the likes of Winston or Ash shagging in the house because there's actually a very interesting dark story behind it. Steven, as you say, is showing echoes of Daley and it's awful and yet completely impossible not to watch. Far as I'm concerned this series has long turned a corner and is unmissable. People have got hang ups about this series that are very unlikely to go away and some of which are fully justified but I thought last night's episode was brilliant. There's a lot more stuff to come from this lot, we're only halfway through.
