They always used to reveal the twists prior to them actually happening. These days the reveal them little by little and change them on the fly to get the result they want (Steven putting Toya up for example).

They don't have to reveal every detail, don't you think that would make things very boring?
They haven't always revealed whole twists either.
And I find the idea that these people actually care to interfere in who goes and who doesn't amusing.
