Although the official line from Danielle (and no doubt Teddy) is that they did not get together until after the contest, when someone asked on CBB how long she and Teddy had been together, she let slip when they had got together, and it was BEFORE the judging.
Also, she shouldn't have posed topless if she knew it was against the rules. She might have guessed she would lose her title because of that alone.
