I can only make the obvious point that there are certain decisions that they obviously make with a particular end in mind. This week they chose to give the newbies this power. If they were so hell bent on getting Ashleigh out like you think though then Marlon wouldn't have been a priority for them.
I do believe that they think twists through, of course they do but I do not agree with you that they manipulate them to get the results they want.
