Hmm, this guy isn't that funny and he's totally the opposite from Brand, he's more nerdy. Maybe this guy just replaces Russell Brand for a living, because when Russell Brand left his BBC 6 Music show to go to Radio 2, Russell Howard replaced him on 6 Music.
