To be honest, I think both.

She's both monopolised the show (not so much anymore but certainly in those early weeks) and dominated the highlights for a while. But then she's also saved it when, without her, there wouldn't have been much else of interest to watch.

But I think the thing with Helen is exactly as Jale put it in that other interview from yesterday. It's not right for people (and the housemates) to completely chastise and hate Helen on her eviction for being the way she was, because the other 15 people in there allowed her to do it. Then it gets to the point where you can't blame her when nobody has stepped in. If they had stepped up and had the balls to sit her down and tell her straight then she'd have never grown into the argumentative monster she became.

She wouldn't have felt comfortable in the fact that if she kicked off, everyone else would fall silent and allow her to start shouting at whoever she was mad at.
