Its not open racism, but for want of a better more PC explanation Mark and Zoe while clearly from a similar ethnic background are very British remove their skin tone and there is nothing to differentiate them from any of the white HMs. But Pav has his turban which instantly reminds people he is different (subconsciously) It seems like the sort of passive racism which exists in society generally, the same way cops pull over more young black males not because they are inherently racist its just subconscious.

Only reason I thought it was cause Im struggling to see what he has done wrong.
