I am quoting the Ectopic Pregnancy Trust,and,as I've already pointed out

Why are they not clearer?,because it is a confusing statement and contradictory.
As for her operation scars.May be there was no need for an operation,or she had Keyhole Surgery,or she was examined internally by a Gynecologist
and performed some internal operation,or whatever.
