The above is the definition of creepy in the Oxford Dictionary. Personally, I can't see any of the definitions relating to Chris. It states it is an overused word for a person who may appear awkward or uncomfortable in social groups
Yes, I think it is clear that Steven, his Mother and the rest of the family put out a vindictive campaign against Chris.

Who is more creepy- darling boy Steven 'open it'. 'I take a nomination as a personal insult'. 'I am the least controlling person you will ever know'. Cut up the photos-'cut' being the word. Then (shudders) not only picks his nose but.... (sorry just had to go and throw up) eats it. Steven ate food like a pig, (sorry, that was a gross insult to all the pigs in the world) and is a revolting example of a human being.

As for his mother, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

(Shudders again)

Please, I'm fed up with all the Goodes and please do not allow that Steven one to be on my telly again!
