It is the 'painted' smile that gets me, it is really so false,it is there at times when she is listening to something she likely really disagrees with, then she goes off with her surly look and moans about it to others, usually Chris.
The only time thatw as different was whe she attacked Christopher,someone who has been got at by just about everyone in there who she probably saw as a weaker link, easy to get at.
