She didn't ask for the pass, BB said a pass had to be given and she was selected by another housemate for it.
Bb then put it in place, Helen didn't.
That is all then in accordance with the scenario put in place by BB and complying with the conditions of the twist that brought it about.
So she has done as much as was expected of her by BB as all other housemates.
The free pass has also actually meant that unlike all the other housemates she has never been able to work out what may be the opinion of the public as to her,the other side of having a free pass that has been totally overlooked.
