So no doubt these face to face nominations are just going to lead to some sort of save and replace or even someone getting evicted on the spot due to some kind of "double cross".

One thing we know about these producers is that they have ADHD and will manipulate the show until the very end. What they want, they'll get. But of course they're waiting to see who is nominated first, before they decide how to twist it.

Any theories on how this is going to go. F2F nominations clearly isn't going to be the last thing they do when it comes to this next eviction.
