Default Victor On Van And Vic

This evening Victor visited the Diary Room to pay homage to his evicted friend Vanessa - and couldn't resist putting in a few good words about himself.

Victor initially sat in silence as he made a visit to the Diary Room this evening before admitting, "I do miss Vanessa BADLY."

"In the confines of this House, she was a legend," he reminisced but couldn't help adding, "Not as much of a legend as me"

"Lovely, lovely, lovely girl" he enthused. As he mulled over her many plus points he generously conceded that she was, "not bad looking either".

He also voiced guilt at having nominated the South African babe. But he was quick to defend his nomination and stressed that he had done so for tactical reasons.

Despite voting for her to go he insisted, "I wish she could have stayed longer."

Toying with his necklace he told Big Brother "I miss her because she's gone...it sounds really straightforward... but it's not."

He smiled reflectively as he talked of her warm smile and bad jokes - and was upset that the crowd had booed her on her departure from the House.

Having spent quite enough time extolling Vanessa's virtues he turned to a favourite subject - himself - and directly appealed to the public via the Diary Room.

Like a politician addressing the masses he appealed to the camera with open palms. "You don't know me..." he began before indulging in a bit of self-promotion.

"Let me give you some information... everyone in there still loves me! Why is that, people at home? ... I'm a lovable rogue. You can't help but like me - I grow on you like moss... it's just one of them things."

"I'm gonna be the guy who gives it to you real," he promised.

And he even tried to get Big Brother on side describing the all-seeing one's voice as being like "olive oil" before going on to appeal for some booze.
