looking at Helen's body language and facial expression, you can tell that she KNOWS she is lying. She KNOWS they were saying they like her now IN SPITE of her faults. This is a compliment, not an insult.

If Helen really believed that Ashleigh and Chris were calling her a 'nightmare' etc. she would be hurt or angry. Look at her body language and face. She is neither.

She is calculating and cruel. She's thinking 'right, I've got them now'. She's been biding her time to pounce on Ashleigh because Helen is jealous as hell of Ashleigh.

Helen now sees this as her perfect opportunity to maul and scratch and go in for the kill.

I do hope the public can see all this.
