I didn't know this, apparently the apology last night was because Emma had been branded bias by fans over her treatment of Helen Wood on BBBOTS. Whoever runs Helen's against has tweeted it many times, and also retweeted/replied to about 30 fans saying that Emma should remain impartial and keep her thoughts/opinions regarding Helen to herself.
I did kind of think this, but not about Helen. I thought she was pretty horrible about Steven for a long time on BBBOTS and the live show in which he was evicted as well (not when he was out, before he was evicted).
