He'll never win. The majority of the Lib Dems have converted to Labour&Green. I personally support the latter.

I agree with the policy on removing the sentence, but after 1 rehab visit, reoffenders should be imprisoned for wasting people's time. Also these rehabs should use privately run services so that taxpayers aren't funding for people to abuse their bodies.
