I don't know whether the owners of the BB house would appreciate acts of vandalism?
I doubt that personally.
But if one house-mate loses it completely and decides to smash something up in anger, should they pay for it?
Vandalism shouldn't be accepted anyway
But they just might have a temper and rather than hit another housemate, they may vent their anger on BBH property?
