I can see what people mean about her speaking behind other's backs, it isn't the best personality trait. For me though she says she was bullied at school, she probably gave some back to people like Helen until the bullies friends started to join in. If you ask me she's just worried about saying things to peoples faces because somebody like Helen would go over the top and get her bloodhounds to join in. It's hardly surprising a bullying victim doesn't have the confidence to have crazy all out rows with people, she's human and needs to vent, that's what the bitching is.
What's Helens reason for 80% of her talking being bitching? She is the bully so wth.
