To make this one, I used the template for the BB08 eye, which has more lashes
It is called victory because of the Silver/Gold theme. I was inspired to do Silver and Gold when I saw someone tell Matt™ to do it, and I thought "Wow, thats a good colour scheme" so I thought I would give it a shot :P
So here is the eye...
I will make more graphics with it later on.
