I'm really quite excited about Vietnam (apart from the food) - it has such a peculiar cultural / historical blend but I need to research some more...we are flying in to Ho Chi Minh but planning to travel out from there. Only have just over 2 weeks unfortunately, I'm quite restricted with travel timing in my profession.

You can get a lot done in 2 weeks over there, and it is worth it. Such a beautiful country.
