He is most of the things you say but....
He's also enabled Helen and encouraged her most horrific behaviour by laughing like a hyena (along with Winston) whenever she attacks someone. Even after witnessing her most vile behaviour, like with Matthew, he then defends Helen and threatens to destroy Matthew 'lyrically'... He deserves 4th at best.
