Yes Ashleigh has shown a continuous dislike for Helen, but this is different from repeated attempts to make somebody feel isolated. Ashleigh didn't bully Helen, and Helen didn't bully Ashleigh. They both disliked each other and didn't get on. Mid way through the series, they both made an effort to be friends and it worked for a while. As lots of people have said, HMs and FMs, they're just so alike, both quite stubborn, that they were never going to see eye to eye. They both said quite nasty stuff about each other but lots of people do. They were faced with each other 24/7 so it's unsurprising how they got frustrated with each other. I still believe BB has tried to make out like there's more of a feud between them than there actually was.

Helen did continuously treat Jale in a way to make her feel isolated and intimidated, and I see this as bullying behaviour. Same with Christopher. I don't think Helen bullied Matthew exactly, because as the OP said that was an isolated incidence, but the way she reacted certainly showed some bullying qualities, particularly how she stood over him speaking to him in an intimidating way.

However, as another FM said, I'm just sick of the whole show being boiled down to Helen vs. Ashleigh. They both have good and bad qualities, as do the other four HMs in the running, and personally I think they've all brought something to the show this year.
