You should be able to vote two ways for each person.
For example - last week:
To evict Dan (good): Call #####11
To evict Dan (bad): Call #####12
To evict Vanessa (good): Call #####21
To evict Vanessa (bad): Call #####22
If the evicted housemate gets more 'bad' votes than 'good' votes they are shot as they exit the house
