I've been looking into going vegan for quite some time now, and my parents finally agreed that I can start one. The only issue is that they think that vegan food is more expensive and hard to cook, and to be frank I don't know what kind of things you'd put on a shopping list for quick dinners. I've got Tofu and almonds but other than that I'm honestly lost.
If anyone has any great staple foods to add that aren't majorly expensive or take a lot of effort to cook as well as recipes/ideas I would be really greatful. Trying to move on to a more healthy lifestyle.
