Yes, but I'd have thought someone would have piled a lot of food on a plate, then taken something off and eaten it, the rest would be leftovers. Not give them half eaten food!. Or opened a bottled, poured a a little into a glass, then give then the remainder of the bottle.

It seems this lot really don't care or have any compassion. Not like the last CBB lot, they wouldn't eat when they thought the rest were going hungry in that underground room.
