Yes.
In BB12 and BB13 you could see almost the exact same layout from the BB11 house.
That's why everyone was so surprised at the start of BB14, it was the first proper rebuild channel 5 had done since taking over. You could see the same house redecorated for two main series and 4 CBBs.
