Maisie Williams is the perfect choice for Ellie, glad that it seems like she is the prime candidate for the role. Before I knew of a movie/her being linked to it I was thinking how Ellie was just like a modern day version of Arya.
I wasn't sure who could play Joel really but after looking at some of the names suggested online I like Viggo Mortensen best.
