I do believe that she identifies as a woman, but she also has this belief that Kellie and Frank aren't the same person. It could be true that as Frank, she wasn't able to be herself and because of that she was mean and judgmental. Having to hide herself probably contributed to her harsh personality as Frank. We've also seen her be really nasty as Kellie though, and I think that's just down to her not being comfortable with where she's at in her transition yet. Or maybe she always has been and always will be this self-pitying and aggressive. I hope she gets to where she wants to in her transition and maybe once she does, she'll be comfortable and happy and won't be as awful as she's been in the house.
