It does help or if everyone did the same as Dee, where do you think we all would be, like it or not, you need money from earnings to keep society fed and watered.
As for Gary, some people say he is manipulative but my point is that when he is able to hear, he responds to it but if he can't hear when several conversations go on all at once, he can be seen trying to work it out. I think he is dreadfully misunderstood and isolated in there.
