Then the admin would say "No, that is a violation of our terms and services unless you can provide us with complete verification that you are who you say you are". And then once they had the IP address, what would they do? Have to track it through ISPs and link it to someone who either DOES or DOESN'T work for them. Too much effort for something thats going to be revealed in the end anyway, and may not be who they think it is.
