No way is Leslie a diabetic, BB would never be so stupid to put him on a diet of high carbs only as they do on basic rations.
He sounds more like one of those people that moan about low sugar levels if they don't eat.
Considering the lack of any excercise in there I would be surprised if his sugar levels got chance to drop
