The other night on live feed i watched James go on and on at Gary about his faults and all Gary did was nod along.

Then when James's rant was over, Gary went from person to person trying to make light conversation about dinner etc and HMs kept walking away.

There was no clever editing going on there. It just confirmed to me what most people are saying - that Gary is being either ignored or lectured by HMs - while saying nothing bad either to them or about them himself.

It was pretty sad to watch. He looked his age if not older, and seemed pretty exhausted by the whole thing. Who can blame him?
