That's the reason I started the thread. I'm kind of torn. On the one hand, its all water off a ducks back to Gary, it doesn't seem to particularly affect him, and its not possible to bully someone who can't be bullied. However, James is a nasty, manipulative creature, and the way he behaves is not acceptable. If he was doing it to someone that could be bullied, I'm sure he would have been thrown out already. So, does it become acceptable because the recipient can take it?
