I assume on sky and virgin media the red button will remain (I dont think virgin have the power that they need to take it off of sky). However it is kinda worrying how last year during the interval between bb7 and cbb5 it said 'bigbro' or something but now (or at least last time I checked) it says 'CHANNEL 4 LONDON' or something
