But even so, it doesn't make a difference. Sex reassignment surgery changes just that, your sex. You don't need an operation to change your gender because it is a social construct and how you identify and present yourself to other people, it's made up of codes and stereotypes and isn't real. You can be whatever gender you want, you don't need an operation
