Yes, he is going to be frustrating, a} because of his age and b} because of his impairment. But you have to accommodate people of his 'tender' years. They are all quick to say " he's not a team player" yet your team is only good as your weakest link and if you don't help that person along but instead ostracise him, then who is it that isn't a " team player".
Walk a mile in his shoes, before you criticise and abuse.
