It is against the law. It breaks quite a few laws. For example BB pays their relatives to put a bet on Helen at Ladbrokes. Then they simply make Helen win. They make several million pounds, and rip off Ladbrokes. The people paying for votes have rights that their votes are for real as money is involved.
That's 2 laws broken right there.
