As much as I dislike his behavior I think there will be those that think it's all been an act and he's actually a lovely little pussy cat.

He'll be staying.

It would be great for him to go and then we would see a huge sigh of relief in the house. Probably take a few days but I am sure the whole place would lighten up and there would be a coming together.

It would help to get his female counterpart out too- Dee and then the show would be watchable /enjoyable.
