James is one of those people who makes picking on someone 'ok' because he makes it look like 'fun'. George does seem to go along with that.
When George talks to Gary - just the two of them - he has a lot more patience and time for Gary.
When James is around - George NEVER has that same amount of patience and time for Gary.
So James must be a bad influence - and George must be easily influenced.

Not quite sure what has happened because we havent seen the full extent of the argument between Dee and Gary but James seems to be involved. It will be interesting to see the full thing, did Gary hear wrong or did James and Dee confer? I cannot remember anyone taking Dee on at all so Gary is in the doghouse with her. Nuts, I forgot that is where James and Stephanie said he should be....
