Think of any workplace. You have 2 men. One is charming and dashing and one is not and creepy.
The forst guy gets away with sexism and mild racism because he is a bit of a lad and the girls like him, if the 2nd guy tried any of that he would be up in front of the bosses and sacked
It happens in every office UK wide
