Danielle got a vote of three new people who didn´t really know her (no public vote) and Marlon got a vote to evict from the housemates without any kind of public vote. Both legitimately robbed, whatever you might think of them as housemates.
So to sum it up, no Toya wasn´t robbed, she was voted out fair and square.

Actually only Zoe and Pav wanted Danielle out, which makes it worse, Biannca was effectively leading the newbies with wanting Ashleigh out and once she left Zoe and Pav changed to Danielle.
