Update, been on it a bit now and I feel really good, which is surprising as I'm on strong antibiotics atm .. doc said 'these will knock you on your arse' ( in doc language) still standing though
Trying to promote it, my milk grains have grown and they produce a really thick creamy live yogurt... if anyone wants some grains PM me
