You do realise that every single word of that is a contradiction right? You want equality for everyone, but don't think women should be aloud in the police force, or to be fire fighters and nurses, yet you chastise them for not doing dangerous enough work, what do you want them to do? build life size replicas of Stonehenge with their bare hands?
